Istruzioni per prepararsiPreheat oven to 350°F (180°C) Mash the bananas using a potato masher. Break the egg into a small bowl, wisk until frothy, add to the banana. Mix with a spoon. Add all other ingredients: honey, oil, rice flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix with a spoon until all ingredients are blended. Using a hand mixer on high speed, mix for two minutes until batter is smooth. Lightly coat a 4" x 9" bread pan with vegetable oil cooking spray. Add batter to pan, smooth so that it is evenly distributed. Place in the pre-heated oven. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. |
